Know how to have 27 hours in a day...

Yes it is true, what the title says and I'm sure you will delighted after knowing that how is it possible.
We humans are the most beautiful species throughout the universe. Even many denizens of higher planets wanna be human because we as a human have potential to realize actual goal of life. Also we are on the top of food chain.In this fast age we put our utmost efforts to realize our goals. Throughout the day our whole body works in alignment with our mind experiencing severe paint and damages. Sleep is the time when our body movements are restricted and various damages are healed.😊💪
During sleep time a number of hormones are released in our body which helps our body in maintaining an equilibrium. On an average we require a good sleep of 6 - 8 hours, which vary in between the limits depending on person's physique and his work activities.
And if we compromise with this time then it affects our whole system brutally in every sphere i.e. physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Thus we must not compromise with it.😪
We humans are the only animal specie which can delay sleep willingly and I am sure that it is not uncommon to see it in our life nowadays.
Then how is it possible to have a good sleep and also good time to spare in other activities.😗
Well! yes there is a way, it is written in Ayurveda that sleep between 9 p.m. to 12 p.m. is equivalent to sleep of 6 hours, sleep between 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. is equivalent to 3 hours and sleep between 3 a.m. 6 a.m. is equivalent to1.5 hours. And it is practically useless to sleep after 6 a.m.
you might have experienced that you experience dreams mostly in the morning time when you are about to wake up. It is because till that time you have taken adequate amount of sleep. And you may know the fact that mostly we dream when we have taken adequate amount of rest.
I have tried to sleep at 9:00 p.m. many times thought successful only a few times but with this effort I end up sleeping before 10:00 p.m.. And then the quality of sleep is very good. I can count you many realizations in third person like:
1. Time to fall asleep is less.
2. You Dream less thus mind is actually busy in in other important works.
3. You wake up early as you have sleep early thus you can devote earlier time of the day to productive works.
4. You feel like days is too long and you have a lot of time.
5. Most important, you feel alive....
I can write over this for one more hour but better to end it here with the conclusion that go to bed for sleep at 9:00 p.m. then the 3 hours of sleep between 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. is equivalent to 6 hours and another 21 hrs adds up to 27 Hours.
A wonderful hack you have 27 hours in a day.
And believe me its achievable to sleep early and wake up early. I have been quite successful in this in my hostel but fails heavily whenever I came home.
